Leadership Development
Leadership for Miles City, a program designed and sponsored by MCAEDC and modeled after successful programs throughout the United States, is an 8-week program designed to further the development of leadership potential within our community. It brings together individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences from the business community who are interested and committed to becoming leaders in our community. The program offers a unique opportunity to explore the resources of their community and the impact of social and economic changes in the Miles City area.
The 2009/2010 schedule is as follows:

- Day 4 Wed. Dec. 17, 2009 Government
- Day 5 Wed. Jan. 21, 2010 Education
- Day 6 Wed. Feb. 18, 2010 Transportation
- Day 7 Wed. Mar. 18, 2010 Energy Development
- Day 8 Wed. Apr. 15, 2010 Tourism & Social Services
- Day 9 Wed. Apr. 20, 2010 Tour Day
- Graduation Dinner will be in May 2010.

You can pick one up at our office in the Courthouse at 1010 Main Street in Miles City or call the MCAEDC office at 406-234-2705 and we can email or mail a copy to you. Applicants must have the applications returned to the MCAEDC office by August 10th with a $140 application fee. The class is limited to 18 participants and currently and the interest is high so please pick up an application and get it in as soon as possible!
